Mystic Meditations operates under a strict no-refund policy. By purchasing any product, service, course, event, or membership through Mystic Meditations, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. All Sales Are Final
   All payments, including but not limited to deposits, balances, membership fees, session fees, course tuition, event tickets, retreat deposits and balances, and product sales (including crystal bowls and accessories), are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Deposits
   Retreat deposits, event deposits, or any other deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits secure your space and cover administrative and organizational costs.

3. Retreats, Events, and Workshops

   • If a retreat, event, or workshop is postponed or rescheduled, your payment will be transferred as a credit toward the new date or toward another Mystic Meditations offering.

   • Credits are issued at the sole discretion of Mystic Meditations and must be arranged in writing.

   • No monetary refunds will be provided, regardless of the reason for cancellation, postponement, or rescheduling.

4. One-on-One Sessions & Classes
   All one-on-one bookings, classes, or trainings are non-refundable once purchased. Rescheduling may be accommodated with sufficient notice and at the discretion of Mystic Meditations, but refunds will not be issued.

5. Payment Plans for Courses & Programs
   Certain courses, certifications, and programs (including the Sound Practitioner Certification and Online Portal annual access) may be offered with a monthly payment plan. By selecting a payment plan, you agree to pay the full program tuition in installments. A payment plan is not a subscription and cannot be canceled once initiated. You are committing to the full balance, regardless of whether you complete or participate in the program. Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.

6.  Memberships & Subscriptions
   For true memberships or subscriptions (where offered), all payments are non-refundable. Cancellation of a recurring membership will stop future charges but will not result in any refund of prior payments.

7. Products (Including Crystal Sound Bowls)
   All product sales, including crystal sound bowls and accessories, are final. No returns or refunds will be accepted once payment has been processed.

8. Force Majeure
   Mystic Meditations is not liable for cancellations, rescheduling, or interruptions due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to natural disasters, illness, venue issues, governmental restrictions, or global events). In such cases, payments remain non-refundable and will be handled as outlined above (credit transfer where applicable).

9. Agreement
   By completing any purchase with Mystic Meditations, you agree to this no-refund policy in full. No exceptions will be made.
