About Kasia

Kasia is a recording artist, writer, sound practitioner, and founder of Mystic Meditations, a Vancouver-based sound training school and wellness platform. Her work focuses on practitioner education, immersive experiences, and professional crystal singing bowl instruments.

Her work began through music. Classically trained in piano from a young age, she later moved into music production, meditation, and the study of how sound affects the body and nervous system. What began as a creative pursuit evolved into a deeper exploration of sound as a tool for awareness, regulation, and transformation.

Drawing from musical training, somatic awareness, nervous system education, and grounded spiritual practice, Kasia’s approach bridges both technical understanding and intuitive facilitation. Her studies span sound healing, shamanic practice, meditation, Reiki, breathwork, and trauma-informed facilitation, with training through the Foundation for Shamanic Studies, Somatic Experiencing International, DEN Meditation, and neuroscience coursework through the University of Pennsylvania.

Through Mystic Meditations, she has trained hundreds of students across Canada through practitioner certifications, workshops, retreats, and private mentorship. Her teaching focuses not only on how to work intuitively with sound, but how to work with it intentionally through structure, musicality, and nervous system awareness.

Alongside her educational work, Kasia is also a music producer and recording artist exploring the intersection of ambient sound design, meditation, and immersive listening experiences. Her sessions and compositions combine crystal bowls, voice, instrumentation, and production techniques designed to support presence and deep internal states.

She continues to explore the relationship between sound, consciousness, music, and the nervous system through both her creative and educational work.
