This course includes a powerful series of original meditations, produced by Kasia and layered with theta-gamma coupling binaural frequencies to support deep integration, intuition, and energetic clarity. Each meditation honours a spiritual lineage and is designed to educate, activate, and embody the principles you’re learning.

Estimated Time Commitment

The entire course is self-paced, but most people complete the practitioner certification within 8 to 12 weeks. You’re welcome to move through it in a way that works for your life, whether you go steadily each week or dive in more intensively.

Accreditation + Certification

This training is fully accredited by the Complementary Medical Association (CMA). Upon submission of your final reflection and graduation call with Kasia, you’ll receive a downloadable certificate of completion. This course is also eligible for Continuing Education (CE) hours with the Yoga Alliance.
