Professional Practice Training for Sound & Wellness Practitioners
Advanced professional development for practitioners ready to expand where and how they work.
Excellent facilitation and professional practice are different skill sets. Both can be developed.
Professional Practice is a two-day intensive for sound and wellness practitioners who want to build the practical skills required to present their work professionally, create stronger offerings, develop opportunities and work confidently across private practice, public events, retreats, corporate wellness and hospitality.
Being professional does not mean becoming corporate.
You do not need to make your work feel stiff or lose the personality and creativity that made you want to do this in the first place. This training is about learning how to take the professional side seriously while still building something that feels like you.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll work directly on your own practice and leave with clearer offers, stronger positioning and practical materials you can continue using after the training.
What to Expect
This training focuses on the realities of building a credible and sustainable wellness practice.
We’ll look at how you communicate what you do, structure your services, make pricing decisions, approach partnerships and prepare your work for different professional environments.
Rather than teaching one formula for building a business, the training gives you frameworks for making better decisions within your own practice.
You’ll apply what we are learning as we go, so the weekend is not simply about taking notes. You will actively develop the work you are already building.
You do not need to have an established business to attend.
What We’ll Cover
Professional Positioning
Define your work clearly and learn how to communicate it with confidence.
We’ll explore how positioning shapes the way your practice is understood, who it attracts and how it is perceived across different settings.
Offer Architecture
Develop a more intentional approach to structuring your services.
Learn how to translate your skills into clear offers for private clients, public programming, retreats, partnerships, corporate wellness and hospitality.
Pricing & Commercial Decision-Making
Develop a practical framework for evaluating the financial side of your work.
We’ll look at pricing, delivery costs, capacity and opportunity so you can make stronger decisions about what to pursue, what to decline and what makes sense for your practice over time.
Professional Presence
Learn how to present your work in a way that reflects its quality.
We’ll explore the details that influence trust and perception before a client, venue or organization ever works with you directly.
Partnerships & Opportunity Development
Understand how professional opportunities are built.
We’ll look at relationships, reputation, strategic outreach and collaboration as pathways into venues, organizations, retreats, corporate wellness and hospitality.
Corporate & Hospitality Readiness
Learn what changes when your work moves into organizational and hospitality environments.
We’ll cover communication, preparation, professional expectations and what it means to represent your work well when delivering within another organization.
Professional Systems
Build stronger systems behind the work you do.
We’ll look at the client journey, administration, communication and delivery so your practice can operate more consistently without requiring more of your time at every stage.
Hands-On Development
This weekend is designed to be applied.
Throughout the training, you will work directly on your own positioning, offers, pricing, professional presentation and practice development.
The goal is for you to leave with work completed, decisions made and practical resources you can continue using.
